MERCY STIRLING DE DUEÑAS

Mercy, originally from Tucson, Arizona, knows from a lifetime of experience how rewarding, though at times challenging, life can be for an expatriate. Her father worked for the US Foreign Service where they relocated (5 brothers and sisters!) to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and later to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She came to Guadalajara as a young girl with her family, married and only briefly live in San Diego. In 1992 she returned back to the city and has been here ever since. She participates very actively in a number of community organizations and is a past president of the Junior Service League of Guadalajara. She has two grown daughters, Vanessa and Marcela. Mercy speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. Mercy is very involved in real estate in Guadalajara with her company Trilenium Real Estate. She is a member of AMPI, the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals and International NAR, the National Association or Realtors in the USA and her husband Sergio was the recent National President of AMPI. MARCELA DUEÑAS DE FIORENTINO

Born and raised until 4th grade in San Diego, Marcela has become very well-acquainted with most aspects of expatriate life in the city during her many years growing up and going to school in Guadalajara. Always willing to help out with the family real estate business, Marcela is well acquainted with doing business in Guadalajara. Raising two small children in Guadalajara has made her very familiar with the bilingual schools of the city and other family-oriented activities that are available.
